The Bhavishya Badri Temple is located 02 kilometers away from the village of Subhai in Joshimath of Uttarakhand state. This temple is situated at a height of 2,744 meters above sea level. The Bhavishya Badri Temple is situated between the dense forest and one can reach here only by trekking. This is situated on an ancient pilgrimage route of Kailash and Mansarovar mountains along the bank of Dhauli Ganges River. The Bhavishya Badri Temple is one of the Panch Badri (Badrinath, Yogdhyan Badri, Adi Badri, and Virdha Badri) and Sapta Badri Tirtha. It is believed that these temples were established by Adi Shankaracharya.
